Welcome to my personal development portfolio. My name is Michael Reisz, and I am a software developer with a passion for User Experience (UX) design. I enjoy learning new technologies and expanding my knowledge base, and I plan on using this site to document and share the things that I learn along the way.

Like many others in the industry, I don't have the traditional computer science background. After receiving a bachelors degree in Music Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration, I decided to pursue a career in technology. Since 2009, I have worked in the Healthcare industry doing data analytics and BI report design for an actuarial consulting firm in Indianapolis, Indiana. Since the beginning of my career, I have focused my efforts on delivering data in ways that easily convey information and in designing outstanding user experiences.

When I'm not at work, I live in Greenwood, Indiana with my wife and daughter, and later this year we will be welcoming twin boys to our growing family.
